Amanda Manzanares

Amanda Manzanares has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amanda started their career in 2016 as a Case Manager/Referral Coordinator Assistant at St. Jude Neighborhood Clinic, where they provided community resources, coordinated care, and trained staff on the referral process. In 2017, they interned as a Social Worker at LA Serna High School, counseling individuals and conducting biopsychosocial assessments. Amanda then interned as a Social Work Intern at St. Joseph Hospital in 2018, conducting assessments, developing discharge plans, and referring patients to appropriate services. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Background Specialist at DISA Global Solutions, Inc., completing verifications, answering inquiries, and sending background reports. In 2022, they joined IdealTax as a Senior Recruiter, where they managed the full life-cycle recruitment process, sourced candidates, and conducted pre-screen interviews. Currently, they are working at TheKey as a Caregiver Recruiter, utilizing their skills in recruitment and sourcing to find suitable caregivers.
