Jaclyn Chilton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jaclyn started their career as a Secretary at Chilton Investments in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Waitress at Strato's Greek Taverna and as a Cashier at Quizno's. From 2010 to 2012, they held various roles at Jimmy John's, including Delivery Driver, Sandwich Artist, Lead Person, and Catering Manager. Jaclyn then transitioned to a managerial position at Jimmy John's, where they worked as a Manager from 2013 to 2021.
In 2021, Jaclyn joined 123 Home Care as a Client Care Manager, where they built relationships with clients and managed a team of Qualified Caregivers. In 2022, they moved to TheKey, where they initially served as a Regional Manager, overseeing staffing programs and managing a team of staffing managers. Jaclyn then took on the role of Staffing Manager, where they hired and trained new caregivers, oversaw their work, and ensured employee development and retention.
Throughout their work experience, Jaclyn has demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage teams and match qualified caregivers to clients' needs.
Jaclyn Chilton earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from St. Edward's University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organization Development at the same institution from 2014 to 2016.
