Dr. Abrar Wani

Dr. Abrar Wani is an Assistant Professor Cum Scientist at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University since January 2022 and has held various editorial and review roles in multiple scientific journals, including the International Journal of Animal Science and Technology and the American Journal of Animal and Veterinary Sciences. With extensive experience in writing as a columnist for several newspapers, Dr. Wani also practices as a hirudotherapist and provides reptile rescue services under Wildlife Conservation. Dr. Wani completed a Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine/Internal Medicine and holds an MVSc in Clinical/Internal Medicine, as well as a DVM/BVSC in Medicine. Current editorial responsibilities include roles with Acta Scientific Publications and leadership as a leading editor for The Science World Magazine.
