Quamika Pickens - Harris

Quamika Pickens-Harris, MSHRM, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources and Operations Director at Alternatives since September 2023. Previously, Quamika held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Frances Xavier Warde School from January 2020 to October 2023, where Quamika managed comprehensive HR functions and change initiatives. Quamika’s extensive experience includes roles such as On Call Field Benefits Enrollment Consultant at AON from 2019 to 2022, Associate Director of Culture and Talent at Arabella Advisors from April 2017 to October 2019, Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center, HR Business Partner at Wolters Kluwer, Associate Director of Benefits and Employee Resources at Heartland Alliance, and Benefits Counselor at the University of Chicago. Quamika earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Governors State University, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Olive-Harvey College.
