Michelle Winey

Michelle Winey is a seasoned UX and Design Manager currently leading initiatives at Alterra Mountain Company since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as UX & Art Director at Brooklyn Boulders from January 2019 to August 2022, where research methods were applied to enhance website performance and digital campaigns, contributing to the successful launch of new gym locations. Previous roles involved significant contributions as Art Director at Unbridled, overseeing large-scale event design, and as a Senior Graphic Designer at Lancaster General Health, where branding and campaign support were provided across the health system. Additional graphic design experience spans freelance work, project management for various clients, and the creation of educational applications. Michelle Winey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic & Interactive Design from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has furthered expertise through a User Experience Design program at General Assembly.
