Patrick Sieber is an experienced professional in the fields of compensation, employee analytics, and total rewards. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Alterra Mountain Company, Patrick has previously held roles such as Director of Employee Analytics & Compensation at the same organization and Director of Compensation and Employee Analytics at TaskUs. With a solid foundation in compensation management gained through various positions at Chipotle Mexican Grill, including Compensation Analyst and People Reporting & Analytics Manager, Patrick also has experience as a Health and Benefits Analyst and Specialist at Aon Hewitt. Patrick began a career in public relations as a Public Relations Assistant in the University of Richmond Sports Information Department.
