Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in paralegal work and contract administration. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal at Alterra Mountain Company since January 2018, Rachel manages commercial agreements, legal research, and oversees the Legal Files contracts database. Previously held roles include Paralegal positions at Intrawest and Kaplan, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, managing correspondence, and supporting legal departments. Rachel also has experience as a Legal Assistant in various organizations, including Universal Technical Institute and the Phoenix Suns, where administrative support was provided to senior legal professionals.
