Zac Belcher

Zac Belcher, MBA, M.S. has a long and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Zac has held various leadership roles in renowned companies such as Alterra Mountain Company, VF Corporation, Procter & Gamble, and the United States Air Force.

At Alterra Mountain Company, Zac served as the Vice President of Procurement, overseeing the operations of premier ski destinations and the renowned IKON Pass.

During their time at VF Corporation, Zac held multiple roles, including Vice President of Global Indirect Procurement & NA/EMEA Product Sourcing. In this role, they were responsible for managing over $1 billion of sourced products and $2 billion of annual indirect procurement. Zac led a cross-functional team of 165 individuals located across the US, Mexico, Central America, Switzerland, Turkey, and Shanghai. Zac also served as the VP of HR Business Partner for Global Corporate Functions & Supply Chain and the VP of Supply Chain Human Resources, where they played a pivotal role in aligning strategic and business objectives within the organization.

Prior to VF Corporation, Zac worked at Procter & Gamble, where they served in various leadership positions. Zac led global teams overseeing corporate indirect purchases, marketing purchasing, global marketing purchasing, and European beauty care contract manufacturing, among others. Zac managed multi-million dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams, and implemented strategic sourcing initiatives.

Zac's career began in the United States Air Force, where they worked as a Contract Negotiator and Contracting Officer.

Throughout their career, Zac has demonstrated expertise in procurement, supply chain management, human resources, and business partnerships. Zac has a strong track record of driving cost savings, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and leading high-performing teams. Zac's extensive experience in diverse industries and global markets makes him a valuable asset in any organization.

Zac Belcher holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy. Zac then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Contract Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Following that, Zac completed an MBA in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2017, they participated in the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
