Lisa R. Walden

Lisa Walden joined Alter Trading in October 2011 as Corporate Controller. She was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Treasury in November 2016 and in 2019 was named Senior Vice President and Interim CFO. In early January of 2021, Lisa was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Lisa oversees all transactional accounting, shared services, financial reporting and treasury related matters. Lisa has significant public and private finance experience having previously been an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, a Controller with Reckitt Benckiser and the Director of Finance and Administration of BCI, Inc. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri.
