Denitza Kotov

Denitza Kotov is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in global benefits management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Alteryx since May 2022, Denitza previously held the position of Global Benefits Leader at Synaptics Incorporated, where responsibilities included directing global benefit programs in alignment with total rewards goals. Denitza's background also includes significant roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where leadership of the global benefits strategy was a focus, as well as earlier positions at Symantec Corporation and SonicWall Inc., managing diverse benefits programs and HR support. Denitza holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy and has completed education at The Wharton School.
