Mariana Rath

Mariana Rath is an experienced professional with a strong background in administration and payroll management. Currently serving as a Team Lead Field Administrator at Altex Industries Inc since April 2011, Mariana is responsible for maintaining field call-out labor rates, managing Master Service Agreements and client contracts, and overseeing the Workticket LEMs system. Prior to this role, Mariana worked as a Field Payroll Administrator/Coordinator, handling the complete weekly payroll cycle for a multi-union and multi-province workforce. Mariana's career began at Bantrel, where responsibilities included purchasing small tools and consumables and preparing reports for management. Mariana graduated from the University of Buenos Aires between 1996 and 2001.
