Natali Pavlenko

Natali Pavlenko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Natali started their career at OO "Gidroспецстроймонтаж" as an Assistant to the Chief Engineer from February 2010 to March 2012. Natali then joined PAO "PUMB" as a Leading Economist from April 2012 to January 2016. Natali worked as a Financial Analyst-Economist at Mayer-TD from January 2016 to December 2016, and then as an Analyst at KЭF.Em Catering from December 2016 to August 2017. Natali also worked as a Leading Analyst at Academy DT&К from August 2017 to April 2018. Natali is currently working at AltexSoft, where they started as a Learning and Development Specialist in September 2018 and is now serving as the Learning and Development Lead since March 2023.

Natali Pavlenko completed their secondary education at the ГВУЗ "Национальный горный Университет" from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a diploma as a specialist in industrial and civil engineering. Natali then pursued further education at the same institution, from 2009 to 2014, earning a specialist degree in economics for enterprises. In August 2019, they obtained a certification in "Project Management in IT" from LABA.
