Kylie Z. has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Kylie began their career in 2009 as a Human Resources Administrator / Generalist at Villa Maria Catholic Homes. In 2012, they took a Gap Year before working as a Human Resources Coordinator (Temp) at JAPARA HEALTHCARE LIMITED. In 2014, they joined St Vincent's Health Australia as a Human Resources Advisor, where they coordinated national acquisitions, implemented Change Management strategies, and analyzed and interpreted nine (9) Enterprise Agreements. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor (Temp) at Arcadis. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Westside Corporation Pty Ltd, where they provided direction, coaching, consultation and advice across all areas. Most recently, they were appointed as the Group Human Resources Manager at Althea Group Holdings (ASX:AGH).
Kylie Z. completed their education history with a Victorian Certificate of Education from John Paul College in 2006. Kylie then obtained a Certificate III in Business Management from MEGT Institute in 2010, followed by a Business Communication Essentials course from the Australian Institute of Management in 2011.
