John Leach

John Leach currently serves as DI Supply Chain Manager at both Ergéa and Althea since October and September 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, John was Operations & Supply Chain Manager at bioMerieux for nearly two decades, where significant improvements in Operational OTIF and manufacturing output were achieved. John's extensive background also includes a 26-year tenure as Retained Crew Manager with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, along with key operations roles at Bioquell UK Ltd, where innovative manufacturing techniques and efficiency strategies were implemented, and at ITT Industrial, where remarkable increases in production output and efficiency were realized.
