Rosalie Poen

Rosalie Poen is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in accounting and corporate governance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President CFO and Chief Accounting Officer at Lyse since April 2018, Rosalie Poen oversees transaction accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance while managing the internal accounting department. In July 2023, Rosalie Poen also took on the role of CEO at Lyse Vekst and assumed positions on the boards of Lyse Fiberinvest AS, ice Norway, Lyse produksjon AS, and Altibox. Prior to this, Rosalie Poen held various roles at PwC, including Director, Senior Manager, and started a career in 2002 at PwC Rotterdam. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and a Dutch CPA equivalent (RA) from Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
