Benjamin Haziza

Benjamin Haziza is the current Directeur Exécutif Finances at Altice France. Prior to this, they worked at Sciences Po Paris, Deloitte France, and E. de Rothschild Corporate Finance.

At Sciences Po Paris, Haziza worked on a variety of strategic and financial projects. Benjamin then transitioned to Deloitte France, where they became a Partner. As a Partner, they were responsible for providing clients with the assurance and confidence needed to successfully complete their projects. This included auditing financials, supporting transactions and fundraising, and advising on operational matters such as internal control environments and risk mapping.

Haziza’s clients have included ETI, publicly-traded companies, and growth companies in the luxury/retail, technology, and business services sectors. In their previous role at E. de Rothschild Corporate Finance, they were responsible for strategic and sectorial analyses, presentation of company dossiers (selling memorandums and pitches), research of target companies, financial analysis and evaluations, and financial engineering.

Benjamin Haziza has a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from emlyon business school, and is also a certified accountant and audited. Benjamin has a Master 2 in Evaluation and Transmission of Enterprises from Université Lyon II - Département Monnaie, Finance & Banque, and is currently completing a PhD in Economics at Ampère.

Benjamin Haziza reports to Arthur Dreyfuss, Chairman & CEO Altice France. They work with Grégory Quéré - IS Executive Director, Laurent Halimi - Secretary General, and Olivier Tailfer - Executive Director, Networks & Services.
