Alem Lemes

Alem Lemes currently serves as the Director of CX Digital Strategy at Altice USA, focusing on implementing digital self-serve strategies for Fixed and Mobile services while enhancing customer experience and operational efficiencies. Since March 2023, Alem has also been a Product Development Consultant at Innentech, specializing in early-stage product development and strategy. Additionally, Alem volunteers as an advisor at ImmiGreatness, supporting immigrant students. Previous experience includes various managerial roles at Comcast in the Xfinity Home division, as well as business development positions across several companies such as ZIRA and NewTechnology Sarajevo. Alem holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science from Washington College and completed the Comcast Xfinity Home Learning Program at The Wharton School.
