David Prebut

David Prebut currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Tax at Altice USA, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, David was a Director in the State and Local Taxes practice at PwC from 2005 to September 2018, where extensive experience was gained in multistate planning, restructuring, tax controversy, dispute resolution, and nexus issues for various domestic and multinational corporations. Earlier career positions include Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Tax Court, Georgetown Fellowship at the Council On State Taxation, Associate at Clausen Miller, and Law Clerk at the New Jersey Tax Court. David holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lehigh University.
