Rupesh Porwal

Rupesh Porwal is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and solutions design, spanning over two decades. Currently, as a Principal Architect at Altice USA since October 2022, Rupesh focuses on modernizing applications, specifically transforming legacy systems into event-driven architectures utilizing Azure cloud services. Previously, at GlobalLogic from September 2005 to January 2023, Rupesh contributed to various application modernization and cloud migration initiatives while holding the title of Principal Architect. Notable projects include the architecture of eCommerce/ERP systems, Health Information Exchange integrations, and mobile advertising platforms. Rupesh's career also includes significant roles at Yahoo! and Hewlett Packard, contributing to scalable system designs and leading teams in high-impact projects. Rupesh holds an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science and a BE in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
