Matt Nielson

Matt Nielson is an experienced sales and product management professional with over 20 years of expertise in the telecommunications industry. Currently, as the Manager of Channel Sales at AltiGen Communications, Inc. since August 2013, Matt focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenue through partnerships in the Western region, working with products such as MaxCS, MaxACD for Lync, and MaxCloud. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Product Manager for Siemens OpenScape Office and Microsoft Lync at SoTel Systems, where duties included boosting revenue and product awareness. Additional experience includes channel management and sales engineering roles with AltiGen and NACT. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University.
