Miguel Abad has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, starting in 2013 with Ericsson as a First Level Operations employee. In 2015, they joined Huawei Mexico, where they worked as a Wireless Engineer for projects with ATT-Iusacell and Nextel. This involved various tasks such as integrations, swaps, cleanup sites, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations. Miguel also provided support to the NOC ATT, conducted audits, and performed soft launches for new sites. Additionally, they supported the Mexico-Toluca Railway project and participated in pre-sales projects, including the CNS Police project.
Miguel later worked as a Support Engineer Ran at Altiostar Networks, Inc. in 2019. Miguel then joined Transatel as an Engineer Support Level 2, where they provided telecommunications support to end users and partners such as Orange, EE, China Telecom, and more. Their responsibilities included monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing issues using SQL and MySQL servers.
In 2018, Miguel briefly worked as a Support Agent at Nokia. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Huawei Technologies as an Ingeniero Wireless from 2015 to 2018.
From 2007 to 2013, Miguel Abad attended Tecnologico del estado de Mexico, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería with a focus on sistemas computacionales.
