Leyla Sindilieva is a seasoned People Operations professional with extensive experience in managing human resources and employee engagement initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as a People Operations Manager at Human Made and Altis DXP since May 2021, Leyla supports organizations in enhancing customer engagement and digital experiences. Prior roles include People Operations Partner at H4, where responsibilities involved defining people processes and improving employee experience across multiple offices, and People Project Manager at BREON, focusing on corporate social responsibility and employee engagement. Leyla's career began as a Communications Assistant for the United Nations and included an analytics role at Sütaş Group.
