Stacey began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Royal LePage Team Realty, Brokerage in 2010, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to Altis Recruitment and started as a Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for coordinating recruitment activities. Stacey quickly advanced within the company and held positions such as Senior Account Executive, Manager of Temporary Services, and Manager of the National Recruitment Team. Stacey'smost recent roles at Altis Recruitment include serving as the Director and then Managing Director of the Professional Services team. In these roles, they provided people leadership and developed business strategies to support employers across Canada in recruiting qualified talent. Stacey Mallory's expertise lies in mid-senior level positions, and they have extensive experience in partnering with hiring managers to secure permanent and contract placements.
