Roderick Stephan

Roderick Stephan is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the cannabis and distressed investment sectors. As the Founding Partner of Altitude Investment Management, plc since April 2019, Roderick directs a UK-based public limited company that invests in cannabis companies and their ancillary services in Europe. Additionally, Roderick co-founded Altitude Investment Management, LLC in January 2017, focusing on venture capital investments in the cannabis industry across North America and Europe. With prior roles including Investment Manager at Cantibury Capital, LLC, CEO/Principal at Longacre Fund Management (UK) LLP, and Senior Analyst positions at Citadel Investment Group LLC, Bank of Montreal, and First Chicago Capital Corporation, Roderick has cultivated a profound understanding of distressed investments and alternative asset classes. Roderick holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame.
