Ibrahim Sembene

Ibrahim Sembene is an experienced manufacturing and continuous improvement professional with a robust background in engineering and leadership roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Altium Packaging, Ibrahim previously held positions including Production Manager at Graham Packaging, Continuous Improvement Manager at Emterra Group and Kal-Polymers, Senior Process Engineer at Glatfelter, and Continuous Improvement Manager at Bridgestone Americas. Notable achievements include significant cost reductions through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, enhancing production efficiency, and implementing safety programs to reduce injuries. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automated Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fabrication Engineering from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar.
