Winnie Mugo

Winnie Mugo has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Winnie currently holds the position of Director of Accounting Shared Services at Altium Packaging. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Accounting at AGC Automotive Americas, where they provided leadership to a team of 15 and oversaw various financial initiatives. Before that, they were a Senior Manager at AGC Glass Company North America and SWM International, where they led teams and implemented process improvements. Winnie also served as an Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at Zep Inc. and Quintiles, respectively. Earlier in their career, Winnie held roles at Bekaert, Bunson Travel Services, G4S, and PwC, where they gained experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and internal audits. Winnie has proven to be adept at implementing new software, driving process improvements, and managing cross-functional collaborations.

Winnie Mugo holds an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Mercer University. Winnie also earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Nairobi.
