Emma West has extensive experience in the field of workers' compensation and mediation, currently serving as a Mediation Coordinator and Regional Manager at Altius Group since October 2017. Prior roles include Business Manager for Recovre, with responsibilities across multiple regions, and Principal Consultant. Emma has also held positions at CKA Risk Solutions, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and WA Police, specializing in claims management, injury management, and rehabilitation services. Early career experiences include roles at QBE Insurance, Citizens Advice Bureau, and the Parenting Centre, where Emma focused on case management, mediation coordination, and community outreach. Emma holds an Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of New England, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
