Marika Mayhew

Marika Mayhew is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager of People and Culture at Altius Group since September 2021, Marika is responsible for developing strategies to support organizational growth and enhance workforce capabilities. Previously, Marika held the position of Head of Talent, Leadership, and Capability at The Fred Hollows Foundation, where strategic alignment with the organization's vision was a focus. With a background in leadership development and talent management at the Commonwealth Bank and IBM, Marika has played key roles in design and deployment of learning interventions and leadership strategies across the ANZ and Asia Pacific regions. Marika holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
