Daniel Banach

Daniel Banach is a Partner at ALTO with extensive experience in tax management and international tax structuring. Previously, Daniel worked at EY in various roles including Associate Partner and Senior Manager. Their expertise includes buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, debt restructuring, tax risk management, and international taxation. Daniel also has experience in tax structuring, tax planning, and risk management advisory. Daniel holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MA in Political Science from the University of Warsaw.
