Ishmael Romo

Ishmael Romo is a Customer Success Specialist at ALTO USA, where Ishmael has been working since January 2024. Prior to this, Ishmael worked as an Asset Protection Coordinator at Gap Inc. from March 2022 to January 2024. Before that, Ishmael held various roles at Old Navy, including AP External Theft Coordinator and Brand Associate. Ishmael attended Columbia College Chicago from September 2019 to May 2020 for their education, after graduating from Hubbard High School in 2019 with a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
