Lela Belayneh

Lela Belayneh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and community outreach. Currently serving as the inaugural President of Alto Pharmacy's Employee Resource Group 'AltoGether,' Lela promotes unity and diversity within the organization. In addition, Lela manages a cross-functional learning and development team, ensuring effective collaboration across departments. As the Director of Community Outreach for Women Already Connected, Lela focuses on empowering businesswomen in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Previous roles include Learning and Development Leader at Baylor Scott & White Health, where Lela led training initiatives for the North region, and Business Analyst at Briova Specialty Pharmacy, where Lela contributed to project implementation and operational support. Lela's educational credentials include a Certified Scrum Master designation and a Certificate of Nonprofit Boards and Philanthropy from Indiana University.
