Silvia Fallone

Silvia Fallone has a diverse work experience in the field of data and analytics. Silvia currently serves as the Data & Analytics Lead for Europe at Volt Europa, where they coordinate and supervises a variety of projects. Their responsibilities include machine learning applications, data-driven analyses of political campaigns, and core infrastructure maintenance.

In 2023, Silvia worked as a Data Scientist at Altoida, Inc., where they utilized their expertise in data science. Prior to that, they were an Artificial Intelligence Intern at Ohpen in 2022. During their internship, Silvia focused on developing deep neural networks for NLP applications and optimizing internal processes of Ohpen's banking platform.

Silvia's previous experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Universiteit Maastricht from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they performed data analysis tasks. Silvia also gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Amsterdam UMC in 2022, where they worked on data science projects from January to June. Additionally, Silvia served as the NL Data Analytics Co-Lead at Volt Nederland from July 2020 to January 2021.

Silvia Fallone pursued their education at various institutions in the field of data science and computer science. Between 2021 and 2023, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Studies with a focus on Data Science. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they studied at Maastricht University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. During their time at Maastricht University, Silvia also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at Reykjavik University from 2019 to 2020, where they completed a Bachelor of Science semester focused on Computer Science.
