Terry Bissell

Terry Bissell has extensive work experience in the retail industry. They most recently worked at Alton Lane as the Sr Director of Operations. Their previous roles include being a Retail Operations Consultant at Costa Sunglasses, a Retail Consultant at IPP - Independent Pet Partners, and a Director of Store Operations (Consultant) at Oakley.

At Oakley, Terry held the position of Global Retail Store Operations Manager for 15 years, where they were responsible for leading a team of Operations, Inventory Control & Loss Prevention Specialists. They played a key role in defining initiatives, project scopes, and budget requirements that supported company objectives for North America and International Retail locations. They also trained corporate and store employees on retail operations processes and procedures and provided support to regional and district managers. Terry was known for their expertise in inventory control, loss prevention, and managing physical inventories and audits.

Prior to Oakley, Terry worked at Sunglass Hut as a Retail Store Manager and Retail Sales Associate.

Terry Bissell completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology/Criminology at Colorado State University Pueblo from 1994 to 1998.
