Craig Ralston

Craig Ralston is an experienced quality and production manager in the steel industry, currently serving as the Quality Manager for the Electric Melt Shop at Alton Steel, Inc. since February 2007. Ralston's responsibilities include overseeing steel quality, implementing process improvements, managing chemical specifications, and performing failure analyses. Previously, Ralston held roles such as Continuous Caster Manager, Melt and Pour Supervisor at MetalTek International, and Metallurgical Engineer at Amsted Rail Inc, among others, which demonstrate a strong background in steel production, safety practices, and quality management. Ralston holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
