Liz Motes

Liz Motes has over 20 years of experience in human resources, starting in 2001 as a Human Resources Specialist at Kaman Industrial Technologies. Liz then moved on to Kaman Aerospace - Helicopter Division as an HR Generalist before joining Regal Rexnord as a Global Human Resources Director in 2010. Liz has most recently held roles at Altra Industrial Motion, serving as an HR Manager before transitioning to Director, Human Resources - NA.

Liz Motes obtained a BA in Executive Business from Bay Path University in 2007.
