Lisa Hershkowitz

Lisa Hershkowitz is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Altrata since April 2024, Lisa previously held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at BIC, overseeing talent strategy for a global team of approximately 2,500 employees. Lisa's background includes serving as Chief People Officer at KWI, a SaaS retail technology company, and Vice President of Human Resources at Nielsen, where responsibilities included managing significant HR initiatives and leading global projects. Lisa began their career at Sleepy's in various HR roles, contributing to foundational HR functions. Lisa holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Development from Binghamton University.
