Frank Higgins is a highly experienced scientist with a background in materials and aerosol science, currently serving as a Senior Scientist II at Altria since April 2017, specializing in infrared thermal imaging and spectroscopy. Previously, Frank held roles at Agilent Technologies from April 2007 to August 2016, where responsibilities included team leadership and application development for FTIR instruments. Frank also worked as a Research Chemist at Cytec, recognized as a global expert in vibrational spectroscopy, and began a career at Nestlé as a Flavor Applications Technologist. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Florida Southern College, attained between 1996 and 1998.
