Sudharshana Apte

Sudharshana Apte is an experienced professional with a strong background in systems modeling and analysis, holding a Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University. Since joining Altria in July 2015, Sudharshana has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager and Principal Scientist, focusing on consumer and marketplace insights. In leadership roles at Women in Operations Research and Management Science, Sudharshana served as President and Vice President of Communications. Prior academic roles include teaching at Virginia Commonwealth University and contributions to research as a Post Doctoral Senior Scientist and Doctoral Candidate. Sudharshana's educational journey includes a Master's in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering.
