Calvin Shayer

Calvin Shayer has a diverse work experience in store operations and retail management. Calvin started their career at Anthropologie in 2009, where they worked as an Operations Manager until 2013. Calvin then joined Madewell as an Operations Manager for a brief period before moving to rag & bone as a General Manager in 2013. Calvin spent six years at rag & bone before transitioning to Allbirds in 2019, where they worked as a Manager for Global Retail Operations until 2021. Currently, Calvin holds the position of Director of Store Operations at Parachute Home, a role they have been in since 2021 and was promoted to Senior Director as of April 2023.

Calvin Shayer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from UC Santa Barbara.
