Brittani Van Dusen

Brittani Van Dusen has seven years of work experience. Brittani began their career in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT). In 2016, they held the role of Associate Commercial Director at Info-Tech Research Group and also worked at Sales Talent Agency, Inc. in roles such as Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Team Lead. In 2019, they worked at Clearbanc as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Contract Sales Recruiter. Brittani then moved to Lane in 2020 as the Head of Talent. In 2022, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition at VTS, and in 2023, they were appointed as the Director of Talent at Altrio.

Brittani Van Dusen holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Digital Media from Ontario Tech University, as well as a Certificate in Emergency Service Fundamentals from Durham College.
