Rob Barton has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Rob is currently serving as the Head of Product at Altrix, a health-tech company specializing in automated recruitment for healthcare professionals in the NHS. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Head Of Product at NHS Professionals, where they led the product management function and was responsible for continuous improvement of software products. Rob also worked as a Product Manager, overseeing critical software products and formalizing the role of Product Manager within the organization. Additionally, Rob served as a Project Manager, handling client onboarding and operational improvement projects, and as a Recruitment Team Leader, managing a team of Recruitment Consultants. Before entering the healthcare industry, Rob worked as an Academy Coach and Area Manager at United Soccer Academy, where they coached youth teams and coordinated camps.
Rob Barton holds a Sport and Exercise Science Foundation Degree from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Rickmansworth School, where they obtained 2 A-Levels and 9 GCSEs in 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Rob obtained their Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019. In May 2011, they earned a Certificate in Project Management from the Association for Project Management. Additionally, Rob completed PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from The Knowledge Academy in May 2010.
