Nicole Oliveira

Nicole Oliveira has a strong background in IT and software services, with experience in various managerial and sales support roles. Nicole currently works as the Business Unit Lead for Software Services at Altron Karabina since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager for Software Services at Britehouse from December 2017 to April 2019. Nicole also worked at Dimension Data as a Sales Support/Operations Manager, specializing in end-user computing, data center, and security. Additionally, Nicole held roles at Websense as a Territory Account Manager and at Novell as a Licensing and Distribution Manager and Internal Sales Representative/Customer Care. Nicole began their career as a Front Office Assistant at The Grange Hotel Bracknell (UK).

Nicole Oliveira obtained a Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management from the International Hotel School from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Potchefstroom High School for Girls and achieved a Matric qualification from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, Nicole has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified, Azure Fundamentals, SAFe Agilist, and management training from institutions like Microsoft, Scaled Agile, Inc., Dimension Data, and the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
