Paul Morgan

Paul Morgan has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Paul is currently the Business Unit Lead at Altron Karabina, overseeing a team of over 70 consultants and managing the largest business unit within the company. Prior to this, they served as the Director at CX Ignite for a year. From 2014 to 2017, Paul worked as the Director and Chief Technology Officer at Decision Inc., where they led the BI division and supported various technologies for over 250 clients. Before that, they were the Managing Director at ASYST Intelligence where they built the business from scratch and expanded it to Nairobi, Kenya. Paul also worked as the Technical Director at ASYST International South Africa, where they ran the Microsoft Development and Business Intelligence teams. Early in their career, they held positions as a Senior Consultant at ASYST International, a Senior System Developer at CSF, and a Trainer at Admiral Training. Overall, Paul has demonstrated expertise in data and analytics, AI, software engineering, and business intelligence across various industries and within different roles.

Paul Morgan attended Loughborough University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a BSc in Computer Science. Prior to that, they studied A Levels and O Levels at Bishop Wand Comprehensive from 1983 to 1989. In 2016, Paul obtained a certification as a SAP HANA Application Associate from SAP.
