Rita Sinayo Karuhije

Rita Sinayo Karuhije is an experienced service delivery professional currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Altron Managed Solutions since December 2021, where management of staff and third-party providers to achieve service levels is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Rita worked at Altron from November 2018 to December 2021, initially as an Account Controller, managing customer incident reports and backlog requests, and previously as an Escalations Agent, providing detailed feedback and updates on client escalations.
