Reginald Sheraton

Reginald Sheraton is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in Genesys solutions and cloud engineering. Currently serving as a Genesys Senior Engineer - Cloud at Altron since March 2019, Reginald has expertise in both Genesys PureEngage Premises and Genesys PureCloud. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Platform Architect at NEC Australia and Senior Genesys Solution Engineer at Bytes Software Services. Reginald began their career in product specialization at Telkom and accumulated significant industry experience over nearly two decades. Education includes a Technical Officer certificate from Telkom SA and ongoing studies toward a National Diploma in IT from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, following early education at Crestway Senior Secondary School.
