Chris Caspar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris started their career at Lexmark in 1992, holding various roles in program management and development engineering until 2001. From 2001 to 2012, Chris worked in several product marketing and sales positions at Lexmark, including as Sr. Manager of OEM Marketing & Sales and Sr. Manager of Worldwide Product Marketing. In 2005, they became the Director of Innovation & New Business Development, responsible for accelerating product development and customer insight initiatives. From 2008 to 2012, Chris served as the GM of Global Web Marketing & Sales at Lexmark, overseeing the company's global web strategy. In 2012, Chris joined CafePress Inc. as the GM of International Business, where they improved the company's International Business and increased traffic to international sites. Later in 2012, they joined ZirMed as the Director of Marketing and successfully implemented digital marketing approaches to increase lead generation. In 2015, Chris became the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Altruis and eventually became the CEO in 2016.

Chris Caspar attended the University of Louisville from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
