Mayuresh Hajirnis

Mayuresh Hajirnis is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Altruist since April 2022, where a cross-functional team of over 40 members was directed to achieve a 400% growth in user engagement. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Tala, where Mayuresh led the development of an e-wallet product for the Philippines market, and Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Ticketmaster, where the establishment of cloud-based automated testing frameworks significantly improved testing efficiency. With a robust background in software engineering and quality assurance from organizations such as eHarmony, Yahoo!, and CityGrid Media, Mayuresh holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
