Padma Mounica S. is an accomplished engineering manager with significant experience in software testing and automation. Currently serving at Altruist since January 2021, Padma leads test automation initiatives, enhances efficiency, and identifies risks throughout the development lifecycle. Previous roles include senior software engineer in automation and automation engineer, where Padma developed mobile automation frameworks and led QA teams. Earlier experience includes a software engineer intern position at Mobile Frontiers, focusing on automation methodologies, and several roles at Freshworks and Amazon, specializing in test engineering and quality assurance for mobile applications. Padma holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
