Richa Dubey

Richa Dubey has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Richa recently started working as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Altudo in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UST from May 2022 to November 2022. In this role, they conducted end-to-end recruitment processes and sourced candidates through various channels. Before UST, they served as an HR Executive and Talent Acquisition professional at ArkssTech - Dedicated IT Team from January 2021 to May 2022. Richa was responsible for internal domestic hirings and overseeing recruitment activities. Additionally, Richa gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at STARTUP SCALERS, where they handled hiring and recruiting for various clients.

Richa Dubey completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in human resource management from the Central University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Richa attended the university from 2020 to 2022.
