Carrie Lau

Carrie Lau is an accomplished Education Specialist at University Health Network since June 2023, leading EPIC implementation training across Altum Health's 12 satellite locations, while enhancing digital workflow efficiencies and client satisfaction. Since January 2017, Carrie has also served as a Physiotherapist at Altum Health, collaborating with an interprofessional team on various specialty programs and assessments. In addition, Carrie has been the Acting Clinical Practice Leader at Providence Healthcare since November 2014, managing patient caseloads and optimizing interdisciplinary care. Active in professional development, Carrie holds leadership roles with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, contributes to community health events, and previously garnered experience at LifeMark Health Corp. and the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
